About the role

Balfour Beatty is seeking a General Superintendent to join our Large Projects Group in Dallas, TX. This individual will work on landmark projects in the DFW market. The General Superintendent is responsible for all field activities associated with assigned projects, including the ultimate responsibility for implementation of Safety/Zero Harm program for related jobsites, supervision of all field construction work by subcontractors and self-performed work. This individual also shares responsibility with the operations director and project managers for developing the project budget, actively participating in the preconstruction phase, and ensuring that the projects are built on time, within budget, and according to company policies and procedures.
