Job Summary: This position will be responsible for a variety of duties; answering incoming calls, taking messages, greeting visitors, sorting mail, being responsible for weighing in bound and out bound trucks, assist with keeping the dryer facility clean, assist with shipping rice as needed. Basic Qualifications Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.Must possess strong math skills with the ability to utilize spreadsheet formulas for consistency and accuracy.Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language fluently.Must possess good oral and written communication skills.Must be organized, attentive to details, and able to prioritize duties for efficient task completion.Must be able to work at a fast pace.Must be willing and able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.Other duties as requested by supervisor.
