Job Duties
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealership goals and targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
- Analyze market trends, sales data, and dealership performance to forecast sales and develop action plans.
- Oversee inventory levels, including ordering and stocking vehicles to meet customer demand and maximize profitability.
- Ensure excellent customer service and manage customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Continuously improve sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and manage sales budgets, expenses, and profitability to achieve financial targets.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and advertising initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Ensure dealership operations comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant Work Experience: 3-5+ years’ experience, including 2+ at a leadership level
- Experience in automotive sales, preferably in a dealership setting
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and automotive industry
- Financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and profit analysis
- Familiarity with automotive industry regulations, such as state laws governing sales practices and dealership operations
- Breadth and depth of technical or functional expertise in own area of responsibility or department; may be acquiring knowledge of other related areas of departments
- Developing and implementing processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- Education and/or Training: High school diploma or equivalent

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
