The Role: General Sales Manager As our General Sales Manager (GSM), you’ll lead the Butte dealership’s sales operations. You’ll oversee new and pre-owned sales, guide the Finance & Insurance (F&I) team, and ensure customers receive an exceptional, seamless buying experience. Today’s customers arrive informed and ready to explore. Your mission? Help them find the perfect RV, boat, watercraft, or snowmobile through a thoughtful, needs-based sales process.
