General Production [September 2026] - 2nd Shift - Monett

About the role

This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Long periods of standing, walking, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, climbing, and reaching are required
• Lifting 0-40lbs or more if required
• Work in a cold, hot, wet, and slippery environment
• Positions rotate throughout the department
• Applicants will be considered for openings in any department that may include, but not limited to Evisceration and Further Processing Department

Requirements

• Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Rehire consideration: 180 days (6 months) waiting period
• Maximum of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for hire

Pay

Starting pay $16.75 an hour (Monday-Friday)

Schedule

Night shift: 1st process-2:30pm-End of shift; 2nd process-4:15pm-End of Shift
