General Production [July 2026] - 2nd Shift - Monett

Starting pay: $16.75 per hour

Schedule

• Night shift, Monday–Friday
• 1st process: 2:30 pm – end of shift
• 2nd process: 4:15 pm – end of shift

About the Role

This is an entry-level, non-skilled general labor position responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, climbing, and reaching for long periods
• Lift 0–40 lbs or more as required
• Work in cold, hot, wet, and slippery environments
• Rotate throughout the department as needed

Positions may include, but are not limited to, the Evisceration and Further Processing departments.

• Must meet rehire consideration criteria: 180-day (6-month) waiting period and a maximum of two previous Tyson employments
