General Production Part-Time 1st Shift

Position Overview

Pay Rate: $24.60/hr
Hours: 6:00am - 2:50pm, Monday-Friday (Not to exceed 29 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of quality in sausage products.
• Collaborate with team to achieve safety, member development, OEE, and other efficiency goals.
• Participate actively in TAILGATE meetings and project teams to improve the company.
• Set and achieve personal and team goals to support The Johnsonville Way.
• Take ownership for personal and team safety.
• Read and understand production schedules.
• Lead other members and work independently.
• Lift up to 30 pounds.
• Show Johnsonville Way behaviors.
• Use and troubleshoot basic SAP functions.
• Work in other production line/rooms when needed.
• Pass a pre-employment, post-offer drug screen, physical, and background check.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment, post-offer drug screen, physical, and background check.
