About the role

Responsibilities

• Work as a team member of one of our production lines which include the following: Bimini’s, Final Finish, Floors (Decking/Framing/Vinyl-Trim), Furniture (Install/Prep), Helm (Install/Prep), Metal Jacket, Rail (Build/Install), Shrink Wrap, Saw Operator, In Floor Storage Build and Underbelly.
• Participate in career pathing at Barletta including Production I, Production II, Production Specialist, and Production Group Lead roles.
• Support leadership roles that require building great teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience working in a team-focused manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Good work ethic, positive attitude, and motivated to meet and/or exceed production goals.
• Ability to work flexible hours (overtime / weekends) if needed.
• Flexibility to take on additional assignments given by supervisor as required/needed to support production goals.
• Great attendance record and reliability.
• Pass a pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Adhere to and advocate for the safest behaviors in a Barletta Safe culture.
• Wear required PPE to support our Barletta Safe culture of "zero harm."

Qualifications

• Able to perform all physical requirements required of the position, including but not limited to: ability to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, kneel, climb, squat for 8+ hours and lift upward of 40 lbs.
• Able to adapt to climate, inside and outside.
• Display good verbal and written communication skills.
• Follow policies and procedures and wear required PPE.
• Maintain composure under pressure and multi-task.
• Possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and motivation to meet and/or exceed production goals.
• Work flexible hours (overtime / weekends) if needed.
• Flexibility to take on additional assignments given by supervisor as required/needed to support production goals.
• Have a great attendance record and reliability.
