Requirements

• Passive safety awareness and ability to work collaboratively with team members

• Ability to read and understand production schedules
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn and operate machines
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform sanitation responsibilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles within the facility
• Proficiency in English
