About the role

Musashi Auto Parts – Michigan, Inc., is a leading manufacturer of precision drive train components to the automotive parts industry. Our "integrated production system" allows us to produce high-quality, low-cost products using "Precision forging technologies" and "Global supply systems." We aim to provide trusted and attractive products by continuing to explore and develop our original "Monozukri" and supply globally.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC-controlled machinery
• Perform machining, assembly, and hot forging tasks
• Ensure quality parts within required specifications
• Meet daily production quantity goals
• Maintain customer satisfaction
• Work in a team-based manufacturing environment

Requirements

• Mechanical ability
• Accurate math and measurement skills
• Flexibility to work any shift

Qualifications

• Experience in operating CNC-controlled machinery is a plus

Pay

• Machining/Assembly: Starting Pay $21.07, 1 Year: $21.86, 2 Year: $23.13, 3 Year: $24.76
• Hot Forging: Starting Pay $22.66, 1 Year: $23.45, 2 Year: $24.76, 3 Year: $26.35
