About the role
As an Assembler, you will help deliver world-class products to customers who have trusted the Lincoln Electric brand for decades. You will perform general labor involving assembly and fine component manipulation, contributing to a legacy of proven and trusted products used in building bridges, skyscrapers, energy pipelines, and more.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks assembling mechanical or electrical components, requiring mechanical aptitude and spatial ability.
- Work continuously with hands, including grasping, pushing, pulling, and using hand tools, power tools, soldering irons, or other equipment.
- Perform occasional problem solving or troubleshooting.
- Strictly adhere to quality standards and follow written work instructions and production specifications (e.g., scales, dials or gauges, charts, or tables).
- Understand, follow, and enforce all risk reduction procedures, including wearing specified protective clothing and safety equipment where required.
