About the role

We are seeking General Postdoctoral Researchers with advanced degrees to develop, solve, and review complex problems across academic and professional domains. This role involves designing challenging problem statements to improve AI reasoning and collaborating asynchronously with researchers and domain experts to enhance AI model performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, solve, and review advanced problems across various academic and professional domains with real-world relevance.
• Apply high-level research expertise to design complex problem statements that challenge and improve AI reasoning.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to enhance AI model performance.
• Ensure academic rigor, clarity, and depth across all deliverables.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top U.S. university (or equivalent).
• Strong track record of research, publications, or complex project management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and currently based in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, U.K., or Australia.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems.
• Experience coding in Python, R, or other research-oriented languages.

Pay

$75–$90 per hour

Schedule

10–40 hours per week
