General Pathology - Faculty
Responsibilities
The Department of Pathology at the Frederick P. Whiddon College of Medicine in Mobile is currently recruiting for a full-time faculty member with board certification in anatomic and clinical pathology. Alabama medical license is required. All subspecialties and levels are welcome to apply. Interest/expertise in Lung/ENT, breast, GYN, perinatal, Dermatopathology, Soft Tissue and Molecular Pathology are favored. Willing to participate in CP service such as blood bank, hematopathology is encouraged but not required.
Requirements
- Board Certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology
- Alabama Medical License

This position carries a faculty appointment at the University of South Alabama, rank and salary are commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Employees must be in a regular position, working 20 hours or more per week (.50 FTE or greater) to qualify for benefits.
