General Operator

Responsibilities

Responsible for producing and assembling products in the plant
Operate and maintain machinery, ensuring production standards are met
Finalize products and prepare them for shipping
Perform all quality checks and detect any defects before moving products to next operator
Label all products being shipped out of the facility according to production orders

Requirements

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this 3M Production role, in compliance with U.S. labor and safety laws.
• Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum six (6) months of previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Work location: Onsite – Medina, Ohio.

Pay

The starting rate of pay for this position is from $20.44 - $29.17. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.

Full-time 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts available
