About the role

This remote, US‑based role focuses on managing post‑sale customer relationships, ensuring clients achieve strong value from the company’s solutions, driving adoption, reducing risk, supporting retention, and identifying growth opportunities. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of customers and manage the post‑sale experience
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to support their business goals
• Guide onboarding, training, and support to improve product adoption and usage
• Monitor customer health, identify risks, and develop action plans to support retention
• Conduct regular business reviews and performance reporting for stakeholders
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities in partnership with account management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, ideally within B2B technology, fintech, or SaaS
• Proven relationship management and advisory skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical skills for interpreting data and identifying trends
• Project management and organizational capabilities
• Technical aptitude for understanding and explaining solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Adaptability and a proactive problem‑solving approach
