General Merchandise Team Associate

Pay

Hourly wage: $17.50 – $30.50 per hour. Actual rate meets or exceeds the applicable local minimum wage. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Schedule

Part-time. Available shifts: Mid-shift, Closing.

About the role

General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. They maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays and ensure they remain orderly throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
