Pay
Hourly wage ranges from $14 to $27 per hour, meeting or exceeding the required minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
About the role
General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. They maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays and ensure they remain orderly throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
