General Merchandise Team Associate

About the Role

General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer them assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.

Pay

Hourly wage: $16 - $29 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location). Additional compensation includes:

• Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (e.g., based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met).

Schedule

Employment type: Full-time. Available shifts: Mid-shift, closing.
