General Merchandise Team Associate

About the role

General merchandise associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.

Pay

Hourly wage ranges from $14 to $27 per hour, equal to or exceeding the applicable local minimum wage. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances, such as schedule, facility, season, or work performed, and multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
