Pay
Hourly wage: $15 - $28 per hour (equals or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location). Additional compensation includes:
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)

About the role
General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer needs. Responsibilities include maintaining Hobbies & Home Improvement displays and ensuring they remain in proper order throughout the day. Tasks may also involve paint mixing and fabric cutting.
