Pay
Hourly wage: $17 - $30 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)

Responsibilities
- Greet customers on the salesfloor and offer assistance
- Recommend merchandise based on customer needs
- Maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays and ensure they are in proper order
- Perform paint mixing and fabric cutting as required
