General Merchandise Associate | Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a Motorclothes Associate who can provide exceptional customer service and share the Harley-Davidson experience with our guests. This position offers training and the necessary tools for success.

Responsibilities

• Provide “Raving Fan” service to all customers
• Greet customers immediately and courteously
• Work with multiple customers at once while maintaining individual customer satisfaction
• Point out sales, specials, and new merchandise to customers
• Aid customers in selecting and purchasing merchandise
• Handle payment transactions for merchandise purchases
• Confirm customer identification and obtain proper approvals for checks and credit cards
• Verify cash payments and mark higher denominations with a counterfeit pen
• Notify customers about special orders or back-ordered items
• Handle customer complaints professionally and show empathy

Qualifications

• Genuine upbeat and energetic personality
• Self-motivated and driven
• Experience in retail customer service is preferred but not required
