About the role
The General Manager is responsible for managing all restaurant processes, personnel, staffing levels, and overall operation of their assigned venue under the direction of the Director of Food & Beverage.
Responsibilities
- Manage all restaurant processes and personnel
- Ensure successful operation of assigned venue
- Support Foxwoods Resort Casino’s commitment to providing an "Extraordinary" Guest Service experience
- Demonstrate Guest Service Standards at all times
- Hold all team members to the same standards
Requirements
- An Associate's Degree or higher, or equivalent work experience with very similar job responsibilities and business volumes
- A minimum of three (3) years of restaurant supervisory experience in high volume operations of a comparable concept
- Tips or Smart Certification preferred
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak business periods, including any shift or day designated by the Food and Beverage department

- Previous work experience from an equal or higher position with very similar job responsibilities and business volumes
