General Manager, The Avenue Viera

About the role

The General Manager (GM) oversees the day-to-day operations of The Avenue Viera, focusing on customer, tenant, and client experience while managing the financial aspects of the property.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and ownership of the general budget and business plan
• Brand management, marketing, operations, customer service, sales, and administrative management
• Building and managing external partnerships with tenants, customers, the community, the government, and financial partners
• Partnering with construction and development to enhance the property and improve the customer experience
• Developing and driving strategic brand partnerships for incremental revenue and added value experiences
• Managing the property finances and evaluating financial trade-offs
• Preparing a budget and managing its execution
• Juggling a large workload with a focus on impact
• Developing and participating in a proactive MOD plan for the center
