General Manager - Italian Restaurant

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure a high standard of service
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and development
• Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures
• Monitor inventory and supply levels to ensure smooth operations
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly
• Prepare financial reports and manage budgets effectively

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus
• Entry-level experience in restaurant management or related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively
• A basic understanding of financial management and budgeting
• A passion for the food and beverage industry
• A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay

A competitive salary range of $110,000 - $120,000 annually
