About the role
As the General Manager at Shadyside, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for managing all aspects of the facility, including operations, maintenance, and customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction while maintaining operational excellence.Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth running of the facility.
- Manage staff effectively to meet operational goals and improve guest experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to align objectives and achieve common goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial position within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Experience with property management systems and CRM software.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
