About the role

Precision Door Service is seeking a seasoned manager to oversee daily operations across service, sales, and warehouse departments. The ideal candidate will lead, coach, and develop a team of professionals, drive revenue growth, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across service, sales, and warehouse departments to ensure efficiency and performance
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of service technicians, sales staff, and warehouse personnel
• Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and exceptional customer service
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational metrics to meet and exceed business goals
• Manage inventory, logistics, and warehouse organization to support field operations
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and resolving escalated issues
• Recruit, hire, and train staff while fostering a positive and accountable team culture

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of management experience in service, sales, or operations leadership
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing P&L responsibilities
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-functional teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Experience in home services, construction, or a related trade industry is a plus
• Proficiency with business management software and reporting tools
• Valid driver's license and ability to work on-site in Menomonee Falls, WI
