Responsible for the full operation of the hotel and all outlets, including hotel operations, food and beverage, sales, engineering, human resources, and accounting. Expected to meet all company standards and lead the 5 Key Drivers identified by the management company.
Responsibilities
- Practice a culture of guest service in all interactions; promote courtesy, good will, and a positive attitude.
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests to maintain positive guest relations.
- Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction in each interaction.
- Coordinate special programs, functions, and incentives to improve guest service.
- Work cooperatively and friendly with fellow associates.
- Effectively lead the Executive Committee to reach property goals.
- Develop and assure achievement of hotel revenues and profits using forecasting, P&L management, and RevPAR.
- Ensure property compliance in all departments, growing the business year over year.
- Maintain product quality to support future bookings, banquet sales, and food & beverage to maximize revenue.
- Coach and develop leaders to exceed performance expectations.
- Participate in and lead departmental and/or hotel team meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related business field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Rooms and/or Food & Beverage functions.
- Strong business communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong presentation skills and ability to lead teams at leadership and hourly levels.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- High work ethic and self-initiative.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Suite.
- Some travel may be required.
- Regular attendance according to established guidelines.
- Proven record of commitment and professionalism in a 24/7 operation.
- Professional image as perceived by subordinates, peers, superiors, guests, and the community.
- Basic computational ability.
- Ability to focus and complete tasks despite frequent interruptions.
- Maintain excellent relationships with staff and uphold confidentiality.
- Maintain calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to converse calmly with upset associates, superiors, and guests in emotional situations.

Pay
- Base Salary: Competitive, based on experience, qualifications, and market alignment.
- Bonus: Up to 50% quarterly incentive plan tied to performance metrics.
