About the role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that the property runs smoothly.Responsibilities
- Overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance.
- Managing staff schedules and training to ensure a high level of customer service.
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with other departments to meet guest needs and improve overall performance.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or related field.
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Experience with property management systems is preferred.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Skills
