About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that the property runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance.
• Managing staff schedules and training to ensure a high level of customer service.
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborating with other departments to meet guest needs and improve overall performance.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or related field.
• Proven ability to manage a team effectively.
• Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Experience with property management systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the hotel and its guests.
