Manager Qualifications

• An innate ability to make people feel comfortable, important and welcome
• Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a sales manager, operations manager, district manager, and/or general manager
• Excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly
