Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by building and converting a qualified pipeline of opportunities within the US commercial real estate market for Design & Build services and Institutional Products.
- Develop and leverage a strong partner ecosystem (real estate brokers, builders, contractors, designers, architects) to generate qualified opportunities and accelerate deal closures.
- Work closely with the marketing team to design effective campaigns and create impactful marketing collaterals tailored to the US market.
- Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, including client engagement, solutioning, negotiation, and contract finalization.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, procurement) and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery and maintain strong client relationships.
- Build and activate a structured partner network (brokers, leasing agents, property managers, architects, designers) to drive consistent pipeline and revenue contribution.
- Represent Flipspaces at relevant online and offline events to strengthen brand presence and drive qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, sales forecasts, and performance reporting; provide market insights and revenue updates to leadership.
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales / full-cycle sales roles within real estate, design & build, workplace interiors, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the US commercial real estate landscape.
- Proven track record in building client relationships and managing sales pipelines.
- Proven track record of managing sales pipelines and closing deals.
- Demonstrated success in market or channel development initiatives.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and leading CRM systems.
Preferred
- Existing network of commercial real estate brokers, architects, and designers in the US.
- Prior experience in Design & Build or workplace interiors.
