General Manager Room Service - Red Rock

About the role

Responsible for the daily operation, managing the annual budget, and leading the unit in all forecasting and cost controls to meet financial goals. Handles any Team Member or Guest opportunities, evaluates and oversees job performance of Team Members, and sets schedules and specific job duties while maintaining proper staffing levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the unit in forecasting and cost controls to meet or exceed financial goals.
• Handle Team Member or Guest concerns and opportunities.
• Evaluate and oversee job performance of Team Members.
• Set schedules and assign specific job duties to maintain proper staffing as defined by service standards.
• Control costs in collaboration with the Management Team.
• Communicate consistently with all managers to keep them informed of all operational activities.
• Hold daily huddles with Team Members to share pertinent information.
• Create and manage annual budgets.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management.
• Comprehensive food, wine, spirits, and beverage knowledge; culinary background or experience preferred.
• Demonstrated sound judgment in decision-making.
• Experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager with P&L responsibility preferred.
• Proficiency in profit and loss statements, cost control, menu planning, budgeting, training, inventory control, and sanitation.
