About the role
Rodeo Dunes is seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead our esteemed resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort’s operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, including food and beverage services, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and increase profitability.
- Manage staff performance and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and special programs.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in hotel management, preferably in luxury resorts.
- Proven track record of successful leadership and strategic planning.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with guests and team members.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with budgeting and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
