General Manager (Restoration Industry) Hiring ASAP

Job Summary

We are seeking a General Manager with Restoration Industry experience. This role oversees all aspects of multiple projects, coordinating people, processes, and resources to ensure successful, on-time completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and has a proven track record managing restoration projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading teams
• Working with Insurance Adjusters
• Cooking daily dispatch of field teams and tracking job progress
• Scheduling jobs, vendors (appliances, electronics, textiles), and inspections
• Managing XactAnalysis for program-related assignments
• Becoming proficient with Xactimate for contents estimating and invoicing
• Handling invoicing, billing, and collections follow-ups
• Conducting quality control on work in progress and completed projects, preparing final reports (including Total Loss Inventory)
• Communicating with customers, insurance adjusters, and restoration partners throughout the project lifecycle
• Performing site visits, creating job scopes, and meeting vendors/clients to assist with projects
• Using tools like Encircle, HubSpot, QuickBooks, etc. to manage jobs (training available)
• Participating in field pack-outs as needed to support job requirements
• Accepting additional tasks or projects assigned by management

Qualifications

• Prior experience as General Manager (5+ years)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Hightly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
