General Manager rate based on experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee all systems contributing to a profitable restaurant, ensuring critical guest service standards (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) are met.
• Set restaurant goals with market leadership and create plans to achieve them.
• Lead and develop a team of managers (Co-Manager, Department Managers) by setting goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching.
• Hire and develop management team members to ensure future leadership readiness.
• Work with the Co-Manager to maintain adequate staffing levels to meet business needs.
