About the role

The Store Leader (General Manager) at Quick Quack Car Wash is responsible for running the day-to-day operations, leading a team, and ensuring maximum sales through exceptional customer service. This role involves managing the entire P&L, hiring and retaining a great team, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and interact with customers, leading by example
Oversee the operation of a car wash location
Ensure maximum sales through world-class customer service
Grow top-line revenue and membership
Provide a clean and safe environment for both team and guests
Train and develop team members in all aspects of the Quick Quack Car Wash business
Monitor and contribute to achieving financial goals
Manage team schedules and productivity
Handle discipline and termination of team members as needed
Order, stock, and maintain merchandise and inventory
Handle vehicle damage claims with urgency
Ensure location cleanliness and maintenance
Assist customers and resolve complaints
Use membership approach effectively
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

Strong leadership and communication skills
Record of developing Team Members and Leaders
Self-motivated and results-driven leader
Experience leading a membership model (preferred)
Experience managing a preventative maintenance program or similar (preferred)
Ability to read, count, and write accurately
Ability to work various hours, weekends, and holidays
Valid driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
Prolonged periods standing and working on cash register or related equipment
Retail experience preferred
