About the role

The Store Leader (General Manager) at Quick Quack Car Wash is responsible for running the day-to-day operations, leading a team, and ensuring maximum sales through exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers
• Oversee the operation of a location
• Ensure maximum sales through world-class customer service
• Grow top-line revenue and membership
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for team and guests
• Train and develop team members in all aspects of the business
• Manage productivity, breaks, and daily scheduling of all team members
• Monitor location financials and contribute towards financial goals
• Prepare and handle daily cash deposits
• Order, stock, and maintain merchandise and inventory
• Handle vehicle damage claims with urgency
• Ensure location is clean and well-maintained
• Assist customers in locating products, resolving complaints, or providing information
• Use membership approach when interacting with new customers
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Record of developing Team Members and Leaders
• Self-motivated and results-driven leader
• Experience leading a membership model (preferred)
• Experience managing a preventative maintenance program or similar (preferred)
• Ability to read, count, and write accurately
• Able to work various hours, weekends, and holidays
• Able to smile and maintain a clean appearance as per dress and grooming standards
• At least 2 years of experience responsible for the results of a high-performing store, location, or company
• Hiring the right Team Members
• Training and mentoring Team Members
• Managing cost/expenses/scheduling
• Ensuring product and location represent company standards on-site
• Responsible and familiar with Profit and Loss Statements
• Retail experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
• Prolonged periods standing and working on cash register or related equipment
• Able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
• Able to have physical activities such as lifting (0-50 lbs.), bending, reaching, and stooping
