General Manager (Pump, Power & HVAC)
Primary Responsibilities
- Hire and develop amazing people
- Conduct reviews and performance evaluations
- Train employees and help them improve their skills
- Provide guidance and documentation for areas needing improvement
- Manage operations to maximize financial success
- Conduct monthly profit and loss reviews
- Maintain equipment utilization and monitor key metrics
- Communicate effectively with team and management
- Establish and enforce safety and health standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years rental industry experience, preferably in a management role
- Experience in fluid solutions, climate control, power generation, compressed air, or site services
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
