General Manager (Pump, Power & HVAC)

Primary Responsibilities

• Hire and develop amazing people
• Conduct reviews and performance evaluations
• Train employees and help them improve their skills
• Provide guidance and documentation for areas needing improvement
• Manage operations to maximize financial success
• Conduct monthly profit and loss reviews
• Maintain equipment utilization and monitor key metrics
• Communicate effectively with team and management
• Establish and enforce safety and health standards

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years rental industry experience, preferably in a management role
• Experience in fluid solutions, climate control, power generation, compressed air, or site services
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
