Responsibilities
- Implement strategic plans within the Business Unit to ensure operational effectiveness
- Drive sales efforts across commercial, industrial, and municipal sectors to meet growth objectives
- Oversee safety and accident prevention programs to maintain a safe work environment
- Ensure compliance with environmental, regulatory, and operational standards
- Manage talent development and performance of team members
- Cultivate relationships with government, community, and environmental stakeholders
- Travel up to 30% of the time across various modes of transportation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- 3+ years of leadership and management experience
- 3+ years of P&L experience
- PREFERRED: Experience in the environmental services industry
- PREFERRED: Experience with Fortune 500 companies
