About the Role

The State General Manager (GM) at Entyre is a high-stakes operational leadership position requiring grit, smarts, and relentless execution. As the on-the-ground leader, you’ll scale Entyre state by state to deliver critical support to family caregivers. Responsibilities

• Hire and lead a best-in-class clinical team of nurses and support staff.
• Reduce onboarding friction to fast-track families onto Medicaid, waivers, or local programs.
• Navigate state regulatory challenges and turn compliance into a competitive edge.
• Serve as Entyre’s voice with local stakeholders, clinics, agencies, and media.
• Communicate state-specific needs to HQ and collaborate with tech teams to address pain points.
• Share battle-tested tactics to accelerate growth across other states.
• Focus relentlessly on family sign-ups and convert every lead.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on operational experience.
• Proven track record of promotion in high-performance environments.
• Data-driven mindset with strong judgment.
• “Get shit done” attitude with creative solutions for complex problems.
• Team leadership experience.
• Healthcare or caregiving operations experience (Medicaid expertise is a major plus).
• Networking skills to build relationships with clinics and regulators.
