General Manager - Pembroke Mall

About the role

As the General Manager, you are responsible for leading your team to deliver a profitable store business plan. You ensure the store achieves all key metrics and exceeds goals, acting as the link between the brand vision and its execution in the store. You drive profitable sales growth across Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development, while coaching behaviors that deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze results, identify opportunities, and collaborate with the leadership team to drive key performance indicators.
• Drive profitable sales through forecasting and scheduling.
• Manage the store budget for daily operations in support of the P&L.
• Build highly productive teams by sourcing, selecting, and developing people.
• Accountable for team performance through coaching and feedback.
• Teach and train to build capabilities.
• Lead the implementation and execution of all Standard Operating Procedures and initiatives.
• Create an inclusive environment.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Represent the brand and understand competitors.
• Promote community involvement.
• Leverage OMNI to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of retail experience leading others.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Effective communication skills with customers and employees.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock room, and office; work with chemicals; lift/carry up to 30 lb.
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed.
• Business acumen skills.
• Established time‑management skills.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills.

Pay

Salary range: $60,600.00 – $81,800.00. Employee pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. Minimum wage or the minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) will be met based on city, county, and state requirements.
