Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
• Manage staff schedules and training programs to maintain high performance levels
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and brand reputation
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive restaurant operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

$65,000 - $70,000 per year
