General Manager - Park Ave.
About the role
Oversee all operations at Park Ave., ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Manage a team of 50 employees and collaborate with local partners to enhance the community experience.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily operations, including food and beverage services, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Manage staff performance and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to promote the park and its events.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and emergency procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial position within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of successful event planning and coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
