Oversee all operations at Park Ave., ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Manage a team of 50 employees and collaborate with local partners to enhance the community experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations, including food and beverage services, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Manage staff performance and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty programs.
• Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to promote the park and its events.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and emergency procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial position within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successful event planning and coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
