Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently
- Identify areas for improvement and implement new strategies to increase productivity
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all goals are aligned and met
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
Qualifications
- An education at the bachelor’s level in engineering or business management is highly preferred.
- Specific industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years of experience in operations/general management with full P&L responsibility of $5-10M + and at least 8-10+ employees, ideally in an engineering services or field services environment in manufacturing, MEP, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial
- Experience working with customers and building relationships
- Strong leadership and management skills with experience growing a business
- Self-starter
- Strong safely culture leadership experience
- A strong desire to "win"/competitive nature with a strong drive, energy, and motivation
- An interest and ability in being a hands-on leader
- Strong change management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Pay
USD $160,000.00 - USD $180,000.00 /Yr.
