Key Responsibilities
- Lead with professionalism, accountability, and hospitality excellence
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding Tatte's service and operational standards
- Support and develop managers and hourly team members through coaching and leadership
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, food safety, and operational execution
- Drive strong financial and operational performance across the café

- Work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergencies as needed
Essential Functions / Working Conditions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergencies as needed
- Ability to work 10+ hour shifts and stand, sit, squat, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods
- Ability to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service, or polished fast-casual restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Experience managing restaurant financial performance, including labor, food cost, and P&L
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- High integrity and professionalism
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
- Hospitality degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with UKG/UltiPro, Toast POS, CrunchTime, and TeamworX
- ServSafe, Allergen, and ChokeSaver certifications
