General Manager - New Iberia

About the role

The successful candidate will lead the operations in the New Iberia area, overseeing all aspects of the business including customer service, inventory management, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels and make purchasing decisions to maintain optimal stock.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders monthly.
• Collaborate with regional teams to develop and implement strategies for growth and improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven track record in leading teams and managing budgets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.

Pay
