About the role
Keolis seeks a highly experienced General Manager to lead our passenger services safely, efficiently, and profitably. This role is responsible for strategic planning, operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead the mobilization of the contract to commence passenger services safely, on time, on budget, and meeting contractual milestones.
- Develop and implement the integrated annual business plan, focusing on performance metrics and stakeholder expectations.
- Monitor and report on the organization's performance, ensuring alignment with KeoLife pillars.
- Ensure compliance with FTA regulations and maintain a just culture emphasizing safety and employee engagement.
- Implement and optimize operational processes, ensuring alignment with Keolis' best practices.
- Manage client relationships, including special event services and community engagement.
- Drive financial performance, ensuring budgetary compliance and cost management.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring contract compliance and mutual benefit.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years as a General Manager, AGM, or senior leadership role.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training and experience.
- Proven experience in emergency planning, incident response, and safety management in a [mode] environment.
- Intermediate knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Suite.
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications provided by the company.
Qualifications
- Exceptional leadership skills, including inspirational and motivational abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in dealing with clients and various stakeholders, including emergency services providers.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of Transportation Dispatching Software is a plus.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $130,000 - $150,000 annually, plus bonus.
