About the role
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of operations, including customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. They will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial position within the hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems and inventory management software.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
