Requirements

• Minimum of a 48 hour weekly retail schedule
• Achieve personal sales goal
• Effectively and efficiently assist with managing the sales team and new hires
• Provide training and set goals for sales team
• Create an extraordinary experience for our guests
• Support the store’s Management Team
• Morning and afternoon huddle meetings with an agenda designed to motivate, inform, and educate sales professionals, as well as the management team, on sales related information
• Focus on driving sales including all steps of the sales process
• Coach a sales professional in a one-on-one setting in regards to improvement of the sales process
• Shadow sales professionals to ensure the sales process is being followed
• Recognize and coach sales professional’s weaknesses during the actual sales interaction
• Debrief a sales professional immediately after a sales interaction in a way that recognizes the things they did well and the areas they need to improve upon
• Set individual goals for sales professionals based on store goals
• Communicate with sales professionals as to where they’re tracking in relation to their goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail management/supervisory experience
