About the role
The General Manager will oversee all operations in the Katy location, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Drive sales and revenue growth by implementing strategic initiatives and fostering strong relationships with local businesses and community partners.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive results.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire employees.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with CRM systems and other business management software.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay
$80,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend work required.
